Start Writing Your Letter

  1. Draft your letter. Use a mix of your own ideas, phrases from templates, and grammar support from AI tools. Keep the word limit in mind.
  2. Show why the programme is for you. Clearly demonstrate why this course fits your goals and interests.
  3. Get proper feedback. Once your draft is complete, ask someone qualified — not your mom or friends. A great choice could be your English teacher or mentor.
  4. Proofread carefully. Check for errors before finalizing your letter, and feel free to use AI tools to help with grammar, style, or phrasing improvements.

Finalizing Your Letter

✅ Once you’ve finished, when submitting your application through OLAF, you will be asked to paste your motivation letter into the designated space provided on the website.
